Ms. Hunter handles difficult and emotional legal issues encountered in divorce, child custody, child support, marital property, child welfare, termination of parental rights and juvenile delinquency cases as well as handling wills, probate and complex guardianship cases.*

Ms. Hunter is Vice-Chair of the State Bar of Texas Child Protection Law Section, a member of the State Bar of Texas CLE Committee and serves as a Dallas Bar Association delegate in the American Bar Association House of Delegates. She also sits on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Bar Association.

Rhonda Hunter has served as a former juvenile court referee and has represented hundreds of children and family members in family law, juvenile and child welfare proceedings.
